“We had such a great stay! The room was spotless and beautifully presented you can tell they take real pride in keeping everything clean and comfortable. The pool was also nice and clean, although it was raining at the time of our stay, my children thoroughly enjoyed it. The customer service was absolutely amazing friendly, welcoming, and so helpful from start to finish. Our whole experience exceeded expectations, and we would definitely stay again. Highly recommend! 😊”

“Overall this hotel had what we look for - clean modern space with kitchen and good bed and good shower with laundry a bonus. Parking is awful but the few spots they have a great. But it’s really sad they won’t let you pre pay and reserve in advance. The first come first served method is archaic and maddening. "Arrivo a Auckland alle 5 del mattino ho chiesto il giorno prima via mail se era possibile avere un early check in ma niente mi è stato risposto solo dopo le 2 pm Aspetto così 8 ore davanti alla reception Per poi darmi una lettera di benvenuto con la scritta che l hotel è disponibile per un early check in Ok ma se ti danno questa possibilità dopo che hai fatto check in che servizio è? All interno 2 drink in omaggio che visto l attesa eterna di 8 ore avrebbero potuto chiedermi prima se volevo qualcosa da bere La camera è minuscola Per fortuna la ragazza alla reception è splendida almeno guardavo lei"

"Hotel decadente e vecchio. Nessuno per un giorno intero ha tolto dal corridoio un vassoio con dei piatti sporchi del servizio in camera. Prezzi ingiustificati se non fosse per la colazione che è varia e ha lo staff che prepara uova e pancake freschi. Nella sala colazioni la ragazza all'ingresso ti mette a disagio mentre sono gentili e accoglienti sono alla reception. Non ci tornerei."

"Was a very experience, hotel was modern and nice. Staff very welcoming and gently. Roomy nice and quiet. Very good experience also at the restaurant for dinner. Shuttle always half an hour, fast and reliable. You can't ask more if you need to stay close to the airport. "
